With over three decades of rich experience and expertise in core HR function, this dynamic professional has experience of working in Co-operative, Private and Public Sector. Currently heading HR at GSFC, Mr Purohit is the Strategy architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on Organizational growth Opportunities.

Leadership comes to him naturally. Mr Purohit has been awarded as “Outstanding Leadership Development Committee-Chairman” by JCI and “Industry Leadership” by SMJV trust as part of its centenary celebrations. He has been President of Baroda Management Association (BMA), past president of ex-students association of a leading CBSE School of Baroda and past president of a local chapter of worlds’ largest youth organization spread over 100 countries and covering 100,000 members. He has also been awarded with First ever state level “Brahma Gaurav” award in August 2017.
Though HR is in his blood, he is a passionate speaker and trainer by heart. He is an accredited trainer certified by JCI University (Junior Chamber International), USA and has also been applauded with “Outstanding trainer” by JCI. Under his leadership, GSFC has been recognized as “Best In-Class For Training & Development” in PSUs and felicitated at 18th Edition of the Asia Pacific HRM Congress at Bengaluru on 17th September, 2019.
Revered in HR network and communities, this veteran has been regularly invited and has notched up over 2000 hours as a “SPEAKER”. After authoring three research works, on various facets of HRM in the Industrial as well as social spectrum, this life-long learner is now pursuing Phd.
