She has worked in an enormous variety of industries from across the globe. History and Experience

Michelle is an experienced Learning and Development professional, following a successful career in Financial Services, where she delivered a variety of training interventions and change programmes.

Michelle is committed to ensuring each learning intervention makes a difference, both to the company she is working within, and the delegates attending the programme. She achieves this by obtaining an understanding of the business needs and the impact on employees. This impact, is what enables Michelle to generate an effective and enjoyable workshop.
