Mervyn has 20 years’ experience as an International Leadership Development Specialist, Coach, Consultant and Trainer. Mervyn designs his workshops to deliver inspiration and motivation to all levels of the organisation. Practical and content rich, Mervyn’s workshops ensure that every participant has concrete action plans that they will execute the very next day at work.

Mervyn works with some of the largest and demanding organisations in the world delivering inspirational, interactive workshops and coaching solutions to long-standing clients in project-led markets such as: Construction, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Retail, Energy and Engineering, as well as National and Regional Government Officials from different cultures.

Mervyn has the following qualifications: Certificate in Management CiM, Diploma in Management Studies DMS and a Certificate in Coaching CiC. In addition to this, SFEDI accredited and a NEA certified mentor and coach to UK businesses.
