He has worked extensively though his own consultancy ~ developing people and organisations ~ since 1998 across a wide range of private, public and third sector clients. For a period of 4 years until 2011 he led the Leadership offer for Kaplan Hawksmere in the UK designing and running a whole range of open courses and in ~ company consultancies.
Jeff operates at all levels from Board level to Shop floor and work teams

Clients include SKY, SAP, Pattonair, Sage, Orange, Next, Howdens Joinery, Lloyds, The Tate Galleries, Law Society, M&S, Cheshire Fire Service, South Yorkshire Police & the MOD. Colleges and Universities and Business Schools.
Jeff worked as Head of HR for a major international manufacturing organisation between 1995 & 1998, developing the HR function and leading on culture change and performance management initiatives.
Prior to being in this role he worked in the Further Education sector for 7 years, roles included Business Development Manager, HRD manager, and in the successful establishment of counselling and guidance-based services. He was also vice chair of corporation at a large FE College for 6 years. He has sat on the boards of a number of Education and Training Qualifications bodies.
During the 1980s Jeff completed a post graduate diploma in counselling and worked for 4 years in East London with a range of sectors and clients before moving on to establish and run counselling & coaching centres for adults in Inner London. During this period, he trained at the Gestalt Institute in London and with the Institute of Transactional Analysis.
Jeff graduated with a degree in Social Psychology & Education and holds other qualifications in psychological assessment, organisational assessment and oenology.
