We just wanted a complete learning module for our middle management cadre executives & managers , for overall development and knowing Atul Pandya for last few years , asked him to do that. 35 Managers in one batch and Atul could create a required impact on all of them . Very effective …We are going ahead with few more sessions .

Building Innovation Culture was the topic we decided for our senior faculties and the session left so much of impact on all of us. IIMTS faculty and their methodology is their USP. Great learning experience.
